Back in September 2025, we officially celebrated a huge milestone for Anchor Systems — 30 years in business.

What started in 1995 as a specialist anchoring company has grown into a business working across rail, civil engineering, highways, utilities, marine and construction projects throughout the UK and beyond. Over the last three decades, we’ve had the opportunity to work on some fantastic projects, develop innovative products, build long-standing partnerships and grow an amazing team around us.

While the company has evolved massively over the years, some things haven’t changed. We still love solving engineering challenges, creating practical solutions for site teams, and finding better ways of doing things. There’s also still plenty of tea, biscuits and conversations about anchors happening daily in the office.

Reaching 30 years in business felt like a moment worth properly celebrating, not just for the company itself, but for all the people who have been part of the journey along the way.

Throughout the year, we marked the occasion with a number of activities and celebrations with the team, taking time to reflect on how far the business has come and the people behind it. From office celebrations and team events to looking back through old photos, projects and memories, it gave us all a chance to appreciate the history of Anchor Systems and the exciting direction the company is continuing to move in.

We also held a dedicated 30th Anniversary Celebration alongside many of our key partners, customers and long-term supporters.

The event was a brilliant opportunity to bring together people who have played an important role in the growth of Anchor Systems over the years, celebrate shared successes, and simply enjoy the occasion together outside of day-to-day projects and site work.

Seeing so many familiar faces in one place was a reminder of how important strong relationships and collaboration have been throughout our journey.

Thirty years is something we’re incredibly proud of, and we know none of it would have been possible without the support of our staff, customers, suppliers, distributors and partners past and present.

So, to everyone who has been part of the journey so far — thank you.
