The Anchor Systems team swapped steel and ground anchors for flour and frosting this week as we hosted our very own Great Christmas Bake-Off!

The competition invited staff to create bakes that were either Christmas in appearance, Christmas in flavour, or a classic festive treat. The result? A delicious spread of creativity and Christmas spirit — from perfectly rolled yule logs and a show-stopping Santa cake, to gourmet bread and plenty of festive surprises in between.

Judges scored each entry on visual appeal, creativity, taste, skill, effort, and festive theme fit, making for a very close contest (and some very full plates!).

It was a brilliant way to wrap up the year, bringing everyone together for some friendly competition and a lot of laughter — proof that our team can rise to any challenge, even in the kitchen!
